📦 Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The item is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

🕒 Time Frame:
All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Returns requested due to change of mind, color preference, or sizing issues

Bedsheet Bazar reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or digital wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) only

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Bedsheet Bazar reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet our inspection criteria.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed in cases of defective or incorrect items

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If the requested item is not available, a refund may be issued at our discretion

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges

  • Delays caused by courier services
